The penthouse at Brooklyn Point (Brooklyn's tallest building at 720ft with the highest rooftop infinity pool in the western hemisphere) is now under contract by Brooklyn Nets point guard Spencer Dinwiddie. The 68th-floor residence was last asking $3.9m. Closings are expected to begin in early 2020. It’s worth noting that Brooklyn Point has one of the last remaining 25-year tax abatements in the city. Brooklyn Point contains 458 luxury apartments, ranging from $850,000 studios to the $3.9 million penthouse. In addition to the rooftop pool, there are 40,000 square feet of amenities, including an indoor saltwater pool, 35-foot rock climbing wall, sauna, wine room, pet spa, game lounge, and, most importantly, a basketball court.
