SALES LAUNCH: One Prospect Park West

Wow am I loving this project. The interiors and location have certainly grabbed me. If I were to ever live in Brooklyn it would be in Park Slope. Prospect Park is Brooklyn's Central Park and boy is it fun and beautiful. Park Slope is undoubtedly one of my favorite neighborhoods with its charming brownstones on quiet tree-lined streets with tons of outdoor space, charming restaurants including numerous award-winning eateries, and live music venues. There aren't too many condo buildings so its big news to say that One PPW just launched its sales. The building was first constructed in 1925 who once served as a hotel for the Knights of Columbus and later as a senior home. Developer Sugar Hill Capital Partners is converting the historic 10-story building into a luxury condominium with 64 residences with 40 unique floor plans. Click here to see an apartment!

Brooklyn-based studio Workstead, the team behind Williamsburg’s Wythe Hotel, designed the building. It’s the first residential building for the firm, known for its interior and lighting design.

Original detail has been restored including the Classical Revival-style facade. Residences boast high ceilings, reclaimed heartwood pine floors, and lots of natural light and Prospect Park views through oversized windows. Unique elements include customized paneled cabinetry, deco coving, curved arch details, and beautiful crown moldings.

Amenities include a landscaped rooftop with “secret gardens” with edible herbs and fruits. Residents can also enjoy an art gallery, library, basketball court, dance, yoga, and training studios, and bike storage.
